I'm not sure about the timeframe for the DOE decision, but negotiations with ASML and the EUV LLC are ongoing. People who would like to express an opinion on this issue might want to contact Victor Reis, the assistant energy secretary for defense programs, and/or Representatives John Dingell (D-Mich) and George Brown (D-Calif). The Oregonian (http://www.oregonlive.com) had a good article on November 1. I think the link was posted to this thread, but I seem to have misplaced it. Katherine
