Intel to Acquire iCat

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1998--Intel Corporation [Nasdaq:INTC - news] announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of iCat Corporation.

The transaction will be made through a subsidiary of Intel and is expected to be completed before the end of 1998.
