No new series of options open when the stock is below 5, but MCRE/MQZ was not "delisted" by the OCC and, just as for IOM and others that came alive, you can expect new series, but not December, to open if MCRE stays above 5 for one more trading day. It may be up to the individual options exchanges (American or Chicago) to request it from OCC, but it will happen if the move holds.
