CD is rebounding from a financial mess. As they restructure, and sell off non-core assets, I expect the market to appraise what's left more favorably. So a multiple re-appraisal on a new earnings outlook is what I expect.

AMAT is more widely followed, and has an earnings outlook of some $2 for Y2K. While it will no doubt move up 25-50% or more, that would seem to be the minimum for CD.
