EMC Expands Into Eastern Europe With Polish Subsidiary HOPKINTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1998--EMC Corporation, the world's leading provider of enterprise storage systems, software and services, today announced it has opened EMC Computer Systems Polska to serve its growing customer base in Poland. Jan Smolski, a computer industry veteran, has been appointed Country Manager of EMC Poland.
