Wrong BlueFox. Brady started this by his wrongful remark that the "ex-simmers" sued Zulu for fraud. They, the "they" he alleges, did not file a fraud lawsuit against Zulu-tek. Let's be clear about this. My error? Yes, I erred. It was my understanding fraud was a very serious offense. Thus, I was mistaken when I thought it was only prosecuted criminally. I didn't realize civil courts allowed for slap-on-the-wrist type fines for such action. But note I quickly admitted my error, when corrected by Terry. And I didn't switch my position after this. My statements from the outset clearly state that the "ex-simmers" did not sue Zulu-tek. Brady cannot--because his friends have helped him--have the convenience of two excuses. Look at the ultimate effect of Jon Tara's explanation, in his bid to help Brady: The "ex-simmers" are suing "ex-simmers" for fraud? "Ex-simmers" don't sue "ex-simmers." Why would they? Thus, if the "ex-simmers," themselves, are being sued in Bob Colvin's lawsuit, how can Brady say the "ex-simmers" are suing Zulu for fraud? He can't. Plain and clear. Again, rather than entertain his Jon-Aleta induced ranting about me wanting to bring up negative information and that's why I wanted to keep this issue on the boards (poppycock at its worst!), imagine what would have happened if Brady, like I admitted my own, admitted his mistake as follows: "Gees, PartyTime, that's right. I'm sorry. I forgot that the "ex-simmer" lawsuit was against Softbank and Ziff-Davis. That's right, the Colvin suit was a contract termination dispute between Zulu and the "ex-simmers." I guess I was just a bit frustrated at the company." A comment similar to the above would have ended it real quickly. Probably immediately. Instead, Brady professes to still stand by his words and actions, and hence this long drawn-out dispute. Don't put that paranoid scheme on me, Brady. It's a manufacturered thing you suggest there. It's not true. And it's your second mistake in this matter. Had Brady been forthright, Randmiser wouldn't be complaining about all his time wasted and, interestingly, Jon Tara wouldn't be complaining that other people are wasting their time (it's so good to have a perfect one among us, don't you think?) So that's the skinny, BlueFox. The ad hominum suggestion you make about me swtiching complaints simply isn't true. My complaint was clear from the beginning, and the record reflects this.
