Whew! I can only take so much of this haunting stuff. Last weekend it was my brother calling me at 2am in the morning to tell me he couldn't sleep because there were witches tormenting him. I tell him to go to sleep. He says he can't, that this has been going on for 6 days. It starts to become clearer to me. At 4am he shows up on my doorstep. The witches told him to leave his apartment and come to my house. He hasn't eaten in two days either. At 5am I give him a piece of pumpkin pie from Thanksgiving dinner (which he missed because he was too tired to drive) and a glass of milk, hand him a phone and tell him to call his tormentors to see if they are awake. He starts to realize they might be sleeping...and that it might all be in his head. Gee, now there's a thought. At 5:30am he is asleep on my couch downstairs for the first time in 6 days. At 9am I send my three boys down to wake him up with their toy trumpets...now he knows what being tormented is really like. Jack, wherever you are -- please forgive me! ttf
