Haven't gotten my proxy yet. . .

Did everyone notice the rather large increase in SHVA today (+3/32, with an ask of 5 7/8)? That would suggest to me that either:

1) The deal is nearly closed (i.e. some hurdle has been cleared) or
2) Someone thinks the offer is going improve

Lack of options volume suggests (1).
