Lowering interest rates is not the point, the timing was
designed for the biggest bang in the equity market. We
now have a Fed intervention larger than the Hong Kong and
Japanese interventions. And look at the speculative result
in the likes of BAMM, BFLY, EBAY, etc. Is it Fed duty to
stoke the fires of a national gambling addiction? When 20%
of the money exchanging hands is related to the likes of the
crap seen last week, you have to believe something is off.
