News flash:

Just heard on CNBC- brokerages across the board are raising margin requirements on practically every internet stock to 100% cash.

Also, CNBC repeated the rumor that the Fed is about to institute harsh margin requirements for these sort of stocks- specifically those that have daily volume greater than the stock's entire float.. (ie, all the internut stocks)

Amazon dipping below 200 now.

Can't wait to see that 3:1 split when Scamazon hits 50 by the end of this month. I wouldn't be surprised to see them retract the 3:1 split, and then the shareholder lawsuits will start flying.

Oc,< They are shameless in suckering the small retail investor.>
Don't feel to sorry for the small investor. Until the last month it was the institutions that took it to these hights. Please, remember Essex mgmt.
Please let me tell you something scary.
In 1998 insiders, Kleiner,Perkins,Allberg,Bezos,Covey,B&T,etc, etc, have skimmed over $1bil off the top.
The only difference between this group and the Mafia is, the insiders will pay taxes on the skim.
Trust me on that.
Ps
I boxed @ 211, It appears that I left quite a bit of meat on the Elephants bone.

I think the so called 'internet bull' must be shorting the stocks. Not owning any himself, that would be the only reasonable explanation behind his continuing hype.
