<<< No big deal. <<<< Why did they make the M&A guy Vice Chairman? That is the question? A SVP of Strategy or M&A would be the norm don't you think? I really think there may be a Board struggle going on. It could be that someone has made an offer for THQI and the Board wants someone more objective than Brian assessing it. Or perhaps the Board didn't like what happened the last go around with an announced secondary financing and the MPRS rumors etc. I think this is more significant than simply who should we acquire. JMHO.
