You got it Frank! In effect, this is a merger just like the last one, only Charlie is only giving up 37% of the stock and 8% plus or minus of the voting shares instead of the 50% he was giving Rupert a year ago. Since that deal fell through, DISH has been gathering momentum while ASKYB has been gathering moss.

I wonder what Goodboy or those other Primestar guys are saying on the TSATA thread?
