Funny, Greenspan caused the market (and the internuts) to soar, and now it appears that the Fed is about to tighten margin requirements on the most frenzied speculative stocks. (the internuts)

Tightening margin requirements will kill these things, since the recent skyrocketing was due to small retail investors margining to the hilt to buy these scams. Many people will be forced to sell even if they have a profit, because they'll get margin calls anyway if their position isn't 100% cash.

Could this be the "bombshell" that finally brings these flying turds back to earth?

All I can say is that if you're long these dogs, and the fed confirms they are going to tighten margin requirements (remember, it is just a rumor right now on CNBC) you are going to lose your shirt.

These stocks have gone up 100,200, and even 1000% in the last 3 weeks. They can fall just as quickly..

Tomorrow should be interesting. All this "good" news should hit home with the herd. I can't imagine the internut stocks can digest the brokerages tighning margin requirements. I put in a short order... not a chance for an uptick though I'm afraid....darn-g-
