This is pure rumor. One of my neighbors called me in a panic after reading a posting by someone on some web site about changing margin requirements for certain high flier internet stocks. A few minutes ago I decided to pick up the phone and ask someone at Schwab. Rumor, pure rumor regarding a new SEC requirement.
