OT: LESSON on D.D. - if you see similar situation, alert the board Spoke with people at company - sounded good, know the industry (could even give the co leads), kow the product is needed, requested detailed info as not available of the web. AND a large deal for the co had yet to be announced - awaiting approval from both companies on the news release - investigated and story TRUE. Invested waiting for the pop. After receiving info, saw co hadn't reported their annual earnings. Called, asked why, told possible buyout , blah blah, etc. Asked for CFO and awaited a return call. No return call by day two. Did some more investigating and found sales VP and other persons, let go. Didn't smell right - posted msg below on Friday. STOCK LOST OVER 50% of it's value on MONDAY ! See warning msg below.
