I heard CNBC talking about margin requirements being raised, but I didn't get a chance to hear whether this is actually happening, or if it is just talk at this point. Does anybody know?

Justa, note the Russell was down far less today than other indices. I'm still bullish on the small caps. What is your present opinion of them? Jeff Nasdq -3.32% S&P -2.40% Dow -2.32% Russell -1.08%
