Todd...

You forgot the first part of Mr. Metals post about the warrants of arrest etc.

I asked a friend of mine in Vancouver to call that number and here is what he had to report....

-the British Securities Commision recently issued a statement of stocks to watch out for and MYGD was on
the list.I called them and left a message for them to call me back.
-It was on the list because some "bad people" were involved with the company before. Its supposed to be a
different group that took over the shell.
-He tried to find the company's incorporation status.Couldn't find it in Nevada. If its supposed to be Nevada
,something is wrong. It could be Utah though.
-He said it would be a good idea to take out your original investment. It could move up from here but there are
a lot of unanswered questions.
-It seemed like he was in the same situation as everyone else-trying to figure out if its for real.

I have done some further checking with MYGD and elsewhere...and apparently the "bad people" involved
with MYGD was really only one...a M. Mitton...this guy is so bad he was included in a book about the Air Bus
scandal involving former Canadian PM Brian Mulroney.

Mitton's ONLY relation to MYGD was collecting a finders fee for introducing current management to the shell
company they wanted to buy to facilitate this deal.
The only reason MYGD showed up on their radar screens was because of an investigation into Mitton's
business activities.

From what I understand, there is NO investigation, there are NO warrants or anything of the sort associated
with the current management of MYGD.

The company is also quite upset with the posts of "Big Tex" and "Mr. Metals" on the SI thread and will be
seeking legal remedies .

FWIW, I would NOT want to be in their shoes in the upcoming days and weeks.

Also, FWIW, I think if they did take legal action , it would somehow lend some credibility and creedence to
MYGD, its management and their claims.

The above has not been confirmed 100% but I am fairly certain 99% of its accuracy.

Crossing my fingers and hoping the "unanswered questions" will be answered in the next release....

Will keep you posted..

AV
