Franco, here is my case for lower oil prices being bullish for everyone except the oil producers. As proof of the point, the stock market is at an historic high and oil prices are very low. Take a 30 year plot of oil prices and the Dow together, note the inverse correlation.

Lower oil prices mean lower gasoline prices, people buy more cars and travel more.

Lower oil prices mean lower electricity and natural gas prices, helping margins for manufacturing and giving consumers more money to spend on other items.

Lower oil prices mean lower airline and truck freight costs.

And so on.......... Very bullish.
