Cross post 209.67.31.6 I certainly didnt get much pleasure sending this in to the SEC, but on the other hand this is just the beginning of things to come. All this will be come clearer to you all as time passes. I wish I could lay all the cards on the table, but..... As I said we have started legal proceeding for the recovery of $X,XXX,XXX of Investors equity. This is part of what I was refering to when I said we had to slow things down on the spin offs, and focus on these issues, and build a bullet proof case. You are right this is probably why we (or at least I) have never been all that concerned with selling CVIA as a shell, some of these details came out last summer during the court hearings. Yup some one is saying YIKES and its not CVIA. KAA
