bp, Good point. But I also don't believe at this point that SGI is in any position to set, or even really affect, any market standards even if they declared that they were going to be using DDR DRAM until every last employee was laid off. David B P.S. Except maybe supercomputers -- I still think they're doing some market-leading things there. BTW, does anyone know what form of RAM is used in supercomputers? Tim? You guys (Intel) are also hitting the supercomputer market pretty hard; is SGI a market leader still, or a laggard?
