Also, the market and its participants are self-serving, period. If anyone looks to the market to make them feel better, they are looking in the wrong place....

It will eat you up and spit you out, because if you are winning, someone else is losing- it's called a zero sum game! The RMBS longs were winning big lately and the shorts got crushed, they have made up some ground, that's all.

It just seemed that there were some things you could always count on, and REH being the penultimate bull was one of them. Ah, well, I guess we still have death and taxes...

He did post some very positive statements on the Yahoo board, though, and I thought he should do the same here.
