Just got off the phone with NM. I spoke to Charlene in investor relations also. She confirmed they are working on a press release as she was speaking to me. She comfirmed also the prior conversation that was posted to Yahoo. Was quick and to the point. She also apologized for any error on their part.

For your information the name for the head of IR is not Bruce Kirby. His name is Bruce Goodman.

Did she say they would put that in a PR? Since that is how Cendant makes money, then NM must be paying a sizeable fee to Cendant to operate the site.
