Was it Winston Churchill that said " Never has so much money been made, by so few?"

Let's get quotes straight here, but there is a funny story about Churchill making a visit to a Wall Street brokerage. He got all caught up in the game and wanted to trade, so they let him. Ended up loosing his shirt and was pretty depressed at the end of the day.

Looking pretty down in the mouth, his host asked him what the matter was. Churchill explained; his host said not to worry - the house had made exactly the opposite trades 'cause they figured this might happen. -vbg- The net was zero.

Given his relief, maybe he did make that statement. -g- I do believe the trading story is true, though.

Regards, Ice
