Kevin, What I know for sure is I called ECHO to verify the rumor with Donna at I/R (818) 706-8999 Ext. 3033...she was out today, and got transferred to Shelly in Marketing Dept. She didn't know of a P/R but said she would try and find out. When I got home around 4:30, I got a call from a Joel Barry, who said he was the CEO at ECHO, responding to my call. When I explained the AMZN P/R rumor going around, he said there was NOT going to be a P/R tomorrow; but there WOULD be a P/R NEXT WEEK! He sounded genuinely upset with this "hype" rumor....said the company performs cashless transactions with Internet co's....was exited about the business. My gut tells me there will be a great P/R next week, and no, he could not tell me what the nature of it would be. If anyone has further questions, I'm sure he will talk to you. He sounded like a very grounded, but nice person who knew how to run his company. Lastly, I bought 5000 shares today I intend to keep till the P/R next week at the earliest. Skane
