FAXX filed a little s3 on Nov 17 for 375k shares and another for 2m shares
back in the end of september. I mention this because it was caught up in
the internut frenzy. How people figure that transmission of fax over the
tcpip backbone is helped by the expansion of commerce on the internet is
beyond me. As more and more businesses become hard wired to the internet i
see the need for fax going away replaced by more robust capablilities of
email and other transmission services. Look their numbers over I think its
a good short for both the short term and longer term. This mornings open
was wild I had a boxed short position added more on the open sold half my
box and covered the short I added at the open it would not surprise me at
all to see them try and push this back to 9 so they have a cushion to sell
all those shares into.
