Joe,

Well the only reason I would be cashing out is if my stop losses hit.. So really I'm not lossing much. When the stock is being terribly volatile and I don't want to sell I just move the stop losses to a point further off the current price.. not much risk involved if you do it right.

Steve

joe, this stock should go up in the next month but i feel uncomfortable trying to predict how high. like you, i have been trying to learn the tricks of this trade and the conclusion i have come to is that we are surrounded by irrational people and therefore can not ever figure out what is going to happen. a few years back it seemed that i could pick a good company on fundamentals, stick with it and make money. lately, every day is either euphoria or doomsday, no in between. it's like driving 200 miles per hour at indy except that the other 30 cars around you are being driven by people who have never driven a race car before today. kinda scary. with this analogy, if nothing changes coms will end tomorrow at 36 or 42. be on the right side.
