Jeer: Thanks for the note. In this case though I am asking for an adjustment to a fair value fill of between 22-24, the value that I feel I could have received if I was able to place a market sell order on open of NAVR. This would be a big chunk for them to eat, as 4300 shares at a corrected price of 22 (5 points different from my sell at 17) would be $21,500. If they do not, I am pulling all my money from them after it settles and going somewhere else, perhaps Brown for now until I get MbTrader or something. Thanks for the note though. At least I can have a bit of optimism. TJ
