Gator - re the options - I think you can look at this as a glass half full or half empty. An option granted at $1.02 is quite reasonable IMO (and in the half full mode). I don't know how things are now, but when I was involved with companies listed on the TSE we could grant options at a 10% discount to the market price - so the price of $1.02 is in line with this criteria. I never like it when they re-price options down - although there are circumstances where this is understandable - where employees are not paid, or where the pay includes an option package - but in general I think re-pricing should be avoided.
