Unclewest and all other very helpful people trying to explain the "unit" term, thanks. I was simply trying to find out were did the 175 MM number come from. I would presume that RDRAM will go mostly for high end PC, servers, some games and some other more minor applications. PC's will still be the lion shares and in 1999 I could see "optimistically" some 20 maybe 30 MM units shipping, I did not realize that the rest of the market is so big.
