jimpit, If you read that article carefully though, it gives several reasons why we will not see a trial in the Senate. The Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee are going to stall the impeachment vote untill after January 6th, when all the new house members are sworn in. The Democrats believe that they might have enough votes then to defeat the impeachment move to the Senate. It looks like slick might just make it if there are enough Repub turncoats. -john
