Everybody settle down. I'm seeing a lot of exchanges about unknowns. If Lutz came out and said "Ya! We're merging, but I can't tell ya who" there are a number of consequences that could happen that would put both Lutz and Newbridge in trouble. I won't detail it here, just think about it. The company is on solid footing after 3 good Q's, some institutional upgrades, and a series of excellent contract wins. They also just got through their toughest Quarter with excellent sequential growth, and record company revenues (without UB!) Predictions: * Global One will be announced, along with another carrot, further solidifying NN's strength in the ATM arena. * A new marketing strategy will be announced and implemented. * NN will be part of the S&P/TSE index, to be announced in the next two days. *NN will partner with Lucent to distribute wireless technology based on the LMDS/LMCS platform ; this will be announced in the next 2 months.
