Good Morning Sonki,

I do not plan at this time to buy any more AOL but want to keep the number of shares I own for the long term. I had suspected that there would be a considerable decline at some point because there was a mania on the portals that was just out of control. AOL is the only stock that I have on margin and it is less then 10 percent of my holdings. I plan to hold it for 5 years and see if this was the right thing to do. I think time will be on our side.

The S+P futures this morning are not looking well so we may be in for some more selling.

Best Wishes
Frank
