I wouldn't judge it only on the price requirement. There are many other differences as well. I do not have a "business" mind or sense, but after quickly scanning the requirements there seems to be more "allowances" for differing "fundametals." Maybe that doesn't make sense, but at least I know what I mean. LOL

Actually I was quite puzzled when I first read the requirements for the two markets. In the past I always thought that NASDQ requirements were the more lenient. Maybe they are, but I didn't see it that way. Is it possible that the reason so many BB's go to NASDQ is because of the MM's?

Just speculating and questioning! However, I tend to agree that they will certainly be an attempt to get on the AMEX. That was stated or, at least, implied in the last PR that was issued - IMO.
