Here's what ETrade had to say about their service today..

"E*Trade says the firm didn't experience any execution problems. "We had a bang-up day, it was one of our best days ever," says spokeswoman Lisa Nash. "[Since] volumes were up on Friday, we spent the weekend double- and triple-checking that everything was ready," she says."

No execution problems? One of their best days ever?

Can you believe the lies these people are willing to spit-out?

This is a travesty.

BakerStreet -- yes, all my orders have been broken up lately. Also, today I put in a sell on a particular lot and they sold from a different lot for much less profit. The slowness of the executions are bad, but the total lack of confirmation is the killer.

I won't be bothered with E*Trade next week as I'm moving on to real time. I think all these "discount" brokers are a rip-off.

I also stayed on the phone over an hour twice today straightening out botched orders. Really annoying, and expensive.

Prosperous Trading!
