George,
Thanks...I guess this is what you were pointing me to..

On November 6, 1998, the Company (ITEL) signed a Merger Agreement with DCI to create an international carrier with enhanced
services and call management switch equipment able to provide services in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Far East.

If i understand the QP....The company has stated it will be Quiet for some said period of time, and not leak any info????? Is that what the QP references are to?

Dave

george, unless I am missing something, there's not a heck of a lot of analysis of that Company required. Murphy agreed to merge with them, that's good enough for me. Looking at the first item on the Balance Sheet I don't see any reason to go any further.

I am willing to see what others see in their analysis of the new merger partner though.
