Warrants are nearly identical to options/leaps except they are against new stock yet to be issued. Options are sold against existing stock. When warrants are converted, it will raise the # of shares outstand by the number of warrants.

Like options, warrants provide alot of leverage. I too experienced the success of warrants w/ BNGO which I made approx 800% over a 2 month period.

I got in yesterday on IFLYW.

Thanks Jeffrey and MR for your valuable info. I will hold the warrants until the big move up to at least $4 which should be over $10 on the stock. Now we just need the market to recover from its hangover.
