Well Doug, as of today's Sunday paper..... The auction in Portsmouth is still on. (This Thursday).

Shine's office said auction will be held as stated in newspaper-auctioneer is Sal Cario-phone# 401-738-0400. Congress is still negotiating with buyers so status of Victor still not firm. Assets of Q will be sold no matter what according to Shine office.
