As I said ... I am taking Don at his word. I can only hope he keeps it. There is no reason that I know of for this stock to be trading at this price. I wish that we could have an actual attendance at the shareholder meeting; perhaps we would be able to get some answers. I doubt that one or two shareholders will be able to make much of a difference - not very intimidating, to say the least. Again - I am taking Don at his word because I see no reason not to. I hope I am not disappointed. I already saw one reverse on this stock. At the annual meeting Don said he did not want to ever have to do that again and he reiterated it in the conference call. You are not interfering at all, by the way - all comments are appreciated. A reverse split would only undermine whatever confidence the shareholders have left - and credibility is a big issue with this company.

Rick and JMT, both of you have been around this game as per your writings...and it would be wise of most of the others on this page to take what you have to say to heart...and Barbara Faith is'nt enough..this Co. is taking us for a ride and there is only one thing you or I can do about it and I posted that a week or so ago....12/1/97 this stock was @ .58 on 11/29/98 this stock is at .38..Yes I have bought and sold this stock a few times and I stell have a little over 80,000 shares, and if it ever gets to .40 someone else will own them..that isn't to say that some day this Co. may do something, but without #s it is only FAITH and that is'nt enough for me.. good luck and good night....
