Hi Buzz! Glad to have you checking into our little jewel. In response to your comment...I spent several hours comparing prices on 100baseT network hubs, printer servers and network cards. I also checked prices on high end monitors. What I found was that Anything Internet was at the lower end of the scale on most items priced. They were not bottom dollar on any that I looked at. But that does not tell the whole story. What I have discovered is that AI seems to be at the lowest overall price range on all of their items. It seems that many of their competitors charge less on one item and more on others. If you are looking for one item you can probably find it a few dollars (very few) cheaper at one of the many other distributors. But if you want an overall total to be as low as possible while being able to pay one shipping charge, no sales tax out of Colorado and have only one place to track and handle orders...AI is one of the best choices.

Here's what I think is AI's philosophy...Sell all of their products at as low a margin as possible but stay profitable. Do not sell anything at a loss as many of the others do (called loss leaders). Go after the corporate purchasers that want convenience of buying from one place and getting very good pricing. Offer a wide range of products so that people will make larger purchases and increase cash flow enabling lower margins to show profits.

That's my take on things. Some of that comes from conversations with Bob Schick directly and other parts come from my own personal opinion. Bob has done a very good job of growing AI to over $300K a month in total revenues. It appears that AI may be near break-even or even slightly profitable. This is unheard of in this industry. Check out the profits of the competition and then look at how many times revenues they trade. What will AI trade like with profits?

You should email AI directly and ask Bob Schick a few questions. He just might shed some light on the situation and all of us like light!

Oh, and I want to say "Thank you for your helping BANY break 57 cents!" We look forward to your continued support.

Cheers!

Mike
