A long time ago , whenI was a retail broker, I realised that most of my clients who were investing in the Small Cap sector ..looking to increase their net-worth were not doing so well..Oh sure ..we hd a few that worked out big like SNRS from 5 to 20 and so on but for the most part they never owned enough or got out too early or they stayed in too long.. I asked myself one question How well would we have done if I could have turned every buy ticket into a sell and all the sell tickets into buys. The answer was easy we would have made huge amounts of money.. So painfully and slowly I formulated criteria nad a strategy that uses the ugliest and worst part of the mrkets to my advantage..I mean how many companies actually make it..the ones that do have tell-tale signs of great things to come..They do not dilute existing shareholders they do not overpay the officers they do not offer stupid options and warrants at huge discounts and they do not concern themselves with PR campaigns..They do not hire outside promoters like Liviakis and they do not ally themselves wit analysts like those at Kaufman Brothers,..They just work and work hard and they are usually quietly building a following.. a perfect example is ERTH ,,I initially looked at the numbers and said wow a great short ,, now I actually believe they will make it big, but you must remember a huge amount of credibility has been built up.. I would add that I would rather be short a great Stock immediately after they announce earth-shattering news than I woul care to be long a stock waiting and hoping for the news to be great enough to result in aprofit..America is cool in the sense that we are full of people who overdo everything so Gravity is my best friend.. As long as people lie cheat steal and embelish the truth, I have a job,
