G-nite Charlie! Wow, December already! Depending on how you look at it, without posting too much.. it took me a month to reply! My best regards to everybody. I can say without looking; "I will find no disappointment when reading through the 10K." To me, CVIA represents people. These people were not simply handed a situation. They reached out and took hold of all that was left. This is unusually high caliber behavior; the stuff that says to me "Come what may, the road to higher ground will always be designated as the one to travel because it was created in the minds of those motivated or excited by the possibility that they, as unique individuals, are able see. I do not have to understand the road that was chosen. It's only necessary for me to know "Those who chose the road are in control." -Their motivation is the best fuel to guarantee success. -Their knowledge is the best for identifying the several problems involved in attaining this success. A problem can be solved in many ways. It ceases to be known as a problem when simply one way is found and implemented. No longer a problem, a solution now takes its place. I believe those in controlling position now are also the ones most likely to discover the best solutions. In this backward way, my "problem" is solved. -CVIA remaining the first place i come to when i enter SI! Dave
