Yes, as I said it was obviously lost on others. No problem. None so blind as those who will not see. (g) It's no big deal one way or the other. This has always been an issue, and REGARDLESS, the COMPANY will proceed whether or not its investors happen to (or even want to) follow every nuance. You can make a good buck investing in MANAGEMENT. If you put your faith and trust in management who will do what's best, you can do yourself very well indeed. Many invested in Warren Buffet and look where they are today! It can happen again... Colin
