MIDDLETOWN, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1998-- Planet Entertainment Corp. (OTC BB: PNEC - news), announced today that it has retained The MWW Group, a leading, national,full-service communications agency, for the launch of an investor and media relations program. The decision to retain strategic communications counsel was made mainly in anticipation of the Company's listing on a major stock exchange early next year and follows its recently announced acquisition of Northeast One Stop, Inc, a national wholesale distribution outlet of prerecorded music and video products.

MWW's mandate is to raise the corporate profile of Planet Entertainment with Wall Street as well as with appropriate financial publications and selected trade journals. In addition, MWW will field all investor and media inquiries on behalf of the Company.

Planet Entertainment filed Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 28, 1998 and anticipates approval by the end of the current calendar year. Partnership Provides New Venue to Market and Distribute Company's Proprietary CD Compilation Albums

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1998-- Planet Entertainment Corp. (OTC BB: PNEC), announced today that its recently acquired subsidiary, Northeast One Stop, Inc., (NEOS) has formed a strategic partnership with Fresh Picks, Inc., a wholesale distributor of predominately front-line music product to grocery store music departments. NEOS will provide product fulfillment, distribution and retail coding of music product to the music departments that Fresh Picks serves. The partnership will also provide a new venue for the Company to market and distribute its proprietary CD compilation albums.

"Fresh Picks is one of the music industry's best wholesale operations and is pioneering the concept of grocery stores music departments in the U.S.," commented Ron Nicks, CEO of NEOS. "Music departments in grocery stores have been a highly successful concept in Europe for years. Fresh Picks operates 85 music departments with four grocery store chains, primarily in Massachusetts and Virginia. The departments offer a selection of approximately 800 titles that fit the demographic profile of the store and are complete with listening stations where customers can listen to selections before purchasing them.
