My opinion on the Insanity on the iNternets is that we are seeing nothing comapnies with valuations bigger than some of the TV networks, Newspapers, Magazines and well established media Companies..It is an insanity that is dominated by day-traders who are capitalizing on the flood of new issues on the street , the small initial float and the media frenzy that accompanies it all. I believe that this absolutely will not last another 12 months ..the small floats will grow exponentially when insider lockups are removed..and floats go from 3 million to 40 in 12 months like EBAY. We always seem to have a topic that captuires investor fancy, before it was Casinos, then riverboats, than Movies and Television, banks stocks..etc.. Now its the Net and anything to do with the net.. I do not believe we will hit 10,000..There are still people, funds and institutions that need to establish gains and losses for the year..I think this pressure will keep the madness in check for now.. I also thin that the correction we had in August is Nothing compared to what is really instore for the market..TGLO at 90 bucks, AMZN a 250, Ebay at 200..are we insane??? Why the hell would I buy Ebay before I buy WDFC or Boeing or USAIR..my God..the Lunacy is really comical and I feel nothing for those who buy AMZN at 200 hoping for a short sqeeze and counting on a short squeeze to make a buck...then see the stock tank 20 or 30 bucks..Absolutely Nothing..Its not that I wish them ill..Its just that they have no idea of any other reason to buy things..
