A. (1-7) No, and don't want to. Not the kind of people I'd like to hang out with.

And suspect that any AMEX Specialist who wants to keep their seat doesn't want to either.

Do you know who is behind the private placement money?

What PP money? According to the 8-K, the company was to have a shareholder vote approving an increase in the # of shares before placing the the latest preferred series.

It's possible any one of the above could find an AMEX specialist?

Any one of them probably could, but probably not for ZULU or ESVS at this time. They'd want too see more than debt. They'd probably want the opportunity to make a decent buck of a PO on AMEX. So you'd need more shares (since most of what is already issued on the market already), since they'll want a cut - not likely they'll help you out for solely for benefit of current shareholders. You'll need to sell more stock, so you'll need an increase in the float. Which normally would mean a fall in the price (all other things staying the same). To counter this, you'd need something positive from the companies. But at this point, it's unlikely they can afford to do anything positive (press releases full of promises won't cut it).

At this point, it seems PP money is the only hope for continuing this operation. They'll run out of cash soon. (Unless, of course, something drastic has happened since August). If they run out of cash before realizing the "sesame-ad ecommerce dream", it won't happen. You can't operate without paying the bills.

I believe that's one of the major killers of many start-ups (feel free to jump in if anyone has something more concrete than "Al believes") - running out of money before they can become profitable. So even if PH is the fine upstanding citizen you believe, without cash this company still isn't going to fly.
