Tmex...take a look at CALP for tomorrow, a $2.50 stock that has been strong as a rock lately, limited downside seen, strong buying all day, looking for it to run more tomorrow to $3+.

FWIW, I don't think you're paranoid, Joe. Concerted effort by MMs to slow down the mania, give themselves a chance to cover short positions. The proliferation of web traders and the move to make Level II increasingly available to independent traders puts the MMs at a disadvantage if more people get to play by the same rules. Slowing down the execution system renders Level II kinda useless, right? And it's not like they have to call each other or anything, either. They can watch each other work on any stock and get the idea. I do not think it is a coincidence that so many brokers suddenly have hardware problem?? Gimme a break.

Expertelligence - EXGP - up 4 points today to close at 8.00. They are
introducing a portal for internet databases. Due to its low capitalization this stock could be up huge in future sessions.

This stock was previously mentioned on this board and the poster was taken to task because it trades on the bulletin board. Believe me when I say that no stock should be overlooked. I and others have made lots of money buying bulletin board stocks that are now on nasdaq

Take a look at QCSC, another bulletin board stock that has a significant joint venture with IBM to develop its E Commerce website. This is a unique situation and could be a tremendous opportunity to the early investor.

Needless to say - everyone should do their DD. I have done mine.

Tokyo - you've done me well this year, great group!
Look at PRL (Prolong), I am moving away from internet stocks for the near team but like this company. They are based here in Orange County and are the company that advertises automotive engine lubricants via television marketing. The play is the recent news release on a new line of automotive car care products headed up by Alan Rypenski of Armor All fame (r). He is the guy that developed and marketed this product and sold out for $50 million to McKesson who then sold several years later to Clorox(?) for $300 million plus. The automotive car care market is upwards of $500 million and this guy knows his stuff. Recently moved from the BB listing to a AMEX listing and trading at $1.75 near the low for the stock. With some buying activity this could be a quick 100% plus play. Let me know your thoughts.
