Those could be my pals there collecting dead rats for their pet alligators.
They say the non-reportingbulletinboardstockhypester rats are high in fat content,
and lacking a firm spine they are easy for the gators to digest, but they are low in protein and essential nutrients so a supplement must be added.

I guess Auntie doesn't know 'where to look', eh
