Paul,

If you owned the rights to DWM and it worked, how long would it take you to obtain your public review? Months? Years? How many people would have to review it before it would be deemed acceptable?

With very little resources, would you waste your time trying to convince people it works or would you hire an attorney, write the description and get the patents in place?

Would you really prefer to be written up in your "IEEE" journal and have someone steal your idea or would you prefer to have the patents in place, build the modem and collect the money? I personally prefer the money.

To say the least, IAS is under-staffed, under-funded and overwhelmed. They are a company with less than a dozen people that are trying to get three products to the market at the same time, i.e. afim, dwm and a grocery store. In the process of doing so, they have made some mistakes. One mistake they haven't made though, is waiting for the review and approval that you are referring to.

Your challenge to me is useless. I didn't discover the process, I don't have the algorithms and I don't have the modem. The citations that you are referring to for DWM don't exist in your engineering libraries, but then again there a lot of future discoveries that don't exist in those libraries either.

Your accusations about Dr. Lusignan are unfounded. A persons' objectivity isn't compromised just because a company gives the school a grant. The fact is, it still has to work and no grant will cause that to happen if it doesn't work!

One of these days, IAS will give Dr. Lusignan the modem and produce the information that you are looking for. Until then, we will all have to wait.
