Started researching with regards to today's contract release and Vaudeville Holdings. I had a suspicion that it was either TISS-related or Tiss-personnel related due to it's location (Curacao Island). Through these Curacao Chamber of Commerce documents, I think it is clear there is a link. From other correspondence, I've been able to confirm that there is a connection. It seems as if WINR will start operations with the 18 to 20 sites under Tiss's Cyberbookies moniker. Then probably add Interbet. Then add whatever other remaining site exist under the TISS umbrella, while concurrently recruiting other sites around the world. It will be interesting to see whether Vaudeville will be used to bring in TISS's other pre-existing sites in the Caribbean (above and beyond Cyberbookies), or strictly be used to help recruit new sites/businesses, or both. From what I understand, TISS has over +300 total sites around the world (Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, etc.) under different names and corporations due to the particular legal requirements of each country and region (and a desire to keep regulators off all their trails). Though everyone at WINR/CFG are playing dumb, my contacts at TISS continue to confirm that they will eventually switch over ALL OF THEIR sites. It will obviously take some time though. Although the news release sets the minimum for Vaudeville at 10 sites over the next year, expectations are much higher.
