Everybody has been complaining today about slow confirmations, and late fills...etc. If you had any major problems which cost you money, it is probably your brokerage's fault. It has been happening with all of the firms today. Do not waste your time with the customer service of the company, ask to speak with one of the trading directors. You will be surprised....as in many situations, they will quickly realize that they were at fault, and settle with you. In fact, the chances are that you will not have to take it to the next step...which (of course) is getting a new broker, and taking legal actions against the old one.
